Client Brief: "We want to sell, however we need to make the house look more modern without spending heaps"

We decided after 17 years to put our house on the market but when we had a good look at it we realised that much needed to be done first. It was at this point that we made the decision to contact Anthea (Homebase) for help.

We spent time with her going over the house looking at everything inside and out until we had a working plan to steam into.

Anthea effortlessly picked out colours that we would never have thought about and had us shifting paintings and furniture from room to room. What we appreciated above all else was having the confidence to make the changes. All our friends and neighbors have remarked on how our house now looks modernised and really great.
