We have sold, and I want to say that I am positive that the staging really affected the price, particularly as it all photographed so well and our buyers were from overseas and didn’t go through the property, rather relied on their parents viewing and the internet. So thank you.

I am writing to express our appreciation of the recent homestaging of our newly built house. To be quite honest we did not imagine that a professional company that does home staging as a business would do so with such care and excellence. Every detail was exquisite – certainly well above and beyond the call of duty! As a result of staging, our house was presented to the market in the best possible way. We have recommended Homebase to others and will continue to do so.

Bill and Yuhei just wanted to extend their appreciation and thanks for the excellent job with the staging. This really helped to present the property at its best. Thanks again for a stellar job that lead to a stellar result for the client 🙂

The Mandalay Penthouse has reached its prime, looks amazing, Furniture and accessories well selected, well placed, detailed, coloured (thanks for not using the turquoise) so appropriately and using textures to give it a warm feel.
